General terms and conditions

Standard rate: You can cancel your booking free of charge no later than 2 days before the arrival date. Please note that the arrival date starts at 0.00 (CET.). Bookings that are not cancelled 2 days before arrival will be billed at the price of the first night.

Non-refundable rate: In case of cancellation, no-show or modification, there will be no refund.

In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Late check-out: Please note that late check-out is possible at a surcharge of EUR 10 per hour. This service is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Different cancellation policies may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hours if this is the case.

Booking with five rooms or more: Different cancellation conditions may apply. We will contact you after booking if this is the case.

Booking of eight nights or more: Different cancellation conditions may apply. We will contact you after booking if this is the case.
